Please receive the Host reverently. Consume it immediately in front of the minister and handle the chalice with care. Only priests, deacons, and trained Eucharistic Ministers may carry the Blessed Sacrament outside the church. If someone needs Communion at home or in the hospital, contact the parish office. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church was founded in 1976 with fewer than 100 families meeting for Masses at Haggard Middle School's gym. It has since expanded to its current sprawling campus, serving over 4,000 families and growing. Throughout its history, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton has been a vibrant part of the Plano community, actively involved in supporting various community organizations and providing a place of worship and community for its parishioners.
