Many volunteers come together to oversee the seasonal decoration of the church throughout the liturgical year. This includes planning and preparing the worship environment for Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and Ordinary Time, with attention to the church’s art, furnishings, and overall atmosphere. There are no set meeting days. Schedules are sent out twice a year, listing dates and times for the actual days of preparation.
